10X running Buffer is mainly applied to the electrophoresis buffer of sequencing instruments, which can provide an electrophoresis buffer system for sequencing process after dilution to 1X. This product has the advantages of strong buffer capacity and low background of sequencing results. After testing, 20 consecutive plates still have good buffer capacity.

• The 10X running Buffer and double steaming water are configured with 1X working liquid 150ml according to the volume ratio of 1:9
• Remove the anode buffer bottle and cathode buffer tank from the sequencing instrument and clean them with double steaming water
• Pour 1X working solution into anode bottle and cathode buffer tank to mark.
• Assemble the anode bottle and cathode buffer tank into the sequencer

The temperature of the storage environment (refrigerator) should be 4 - 8 °C, too low temperature will make the reagent freeze, in the case of incomplete melting will lead to the ionic strength of the reagent is too high, so when configuring the working liquid, pay attention to the temperature of the refrigerator and whether there is ice in the bottle, if found, it should be completely dissolved and mixed before use.
