BroadDye™ Terminator 5x Sequencing Buffer is optimized for use with BroadDye™ Terminator V3.5 Cycle Sequencing Kits.     

It allows further dilution of BroadDye™ and is a key component to save on BroadDye™ Terminator reagent cost without affecting sequence accuracy or read length.     Use of 5x Sequencing Buffer maintains the pH and magnesium optima for the cycle sequencing reaction.     Similar to BroadDye™ Terminator Cycle Sequencing Kits, BroadDye™ 5x Sequencing Buffer can be used without any requirement for changes in protocol, conditions or spectral calibrations.
