The Syn-HL12 high-load nucleic acid synthesizer is mainly used for the synthesis of DNA, RNA, special monomers (LNA, dU, dl), and thiomodified nucleic acids. It is suitable for clinical research, pharmaceutical development, and the synthesis of molecular diagnostic probes, and is specially designed for laboratory scientific research and process development. This instrument supports robust and scalable oligonucleotide synthesis processes, covering large-scale nucleic acid synthesis up to 12mmol.
Syn-HL12 adopts a high-precision constant-flow pump drive system, compatible with the chemical reagents used in nucleic acid synthesis. It uses large-scale laminar flow fixed-bed reaction technology, combining efficient cyclic reaction control with new synthesis process technology and modular dynamic feedback operation software. It has the advantages of low reagent consumption, less reagent residue, and high degree of automation. The solid-phase synthesis column, which is equipped with our company's independent intellectual property technology, effectively and stably ensures a coupling efficiency of over 99% and a crude product synthesis purity of over 75%, efficiently assisting laboratory clinical drug screening research and production process development. Moreover, the synthesis process has a high degree of linear amplification adaptability. This ensures the quality stability, time efficiency stability, cost-benefit stability, etc. from the laboratory research to the small-scale trial stage.
